Simply call us at the studio and we'll let you know if
the work you want is currently available. If not we may be able to
suggest a similar work, send you e-mails with images,
or offer the option of a personal commission.

You can even set up a payment plan that's convenient for your budget.

We know that many of you worry about giving
credit card information over the internet,
so we'll call personally and take all your information
over the phone.

We'll ask you for your name, address, telephone and discuss
payment options. We'll need a shipping address and
will discuss shipping with you and arrange the most
convenient / least expensive way to get the work to you.
We'll confirm a time line for shipping and delivery.
Insurance can be purchased by you or included in the cost.

We generally use professional art shippers or
can work with the shipper of your choice.
We can also ship smaller works UPS Prepaid

We currently accept cashiers checks, money orders
personal or business checks (allow time to clear before shipping)
as well as Mastercard and Visa.

INDUSTRY STANDARD POLICIES

FRAMING IS NOT INCLUDED.
Except for large oils and acrylics, which are shipped with a protective
wood frame, we do not frame the work. We do ship all
works ON PAPER with a protective mat and foam core backing.
This is primarily due to the difficulty in providing you
with the exact framing style you desire.

SHIPPING OF THE WORK IS NOT INCLUDED
Shipping and crating costs are in addition to the prices shown.
We will give you an estimate of the costs prior to shipping the work.
We generally ship the piece C.O.D. through PAC Expediting,
the premier art crating and shipping service in the west.
We can ship smaller pieces through UPS if the shipping is prepaid.

None of the information you give us will be
placed in any computer that can be accessed
from any source outside of our studio.
